Abstract:The energy saving of all metallurgical process was studied from two aspect. First, the all process of metallurgical enterprise was divided into three departs according to operating functions. The energy consumption of every process was analyzed, and the energy saving of six new technologies (CDQ, TRT, etc) applied to metallurgical process was calculated. The results show that the energy consumption of per ton steel would be reduced 132.27 kg/t if six new technologies are put to use in metallurgical enterprises. In the other hand, it was analyzed about the range of recovery and utilization of exhaust residual heat in metallurgical enterprises, and introduced the utilization way of various exhaust gas residual heat and the principle used for utilizing residual heat. The quantity of the lower temperature remaining heat was calculated in the steel process. The energy consumption per ton steel would be reduced 3355 kg/t, if these lower temperature remaining heat are all reused in steel produced process.
