Process Optimum and System Improvements of BF Coal Injection
摘要 经过长期的发展,当前典型的喷煤工艺流程是:中速磨制粉--热风炉废气+烟气炉—大布袋收粉--并联罐--直接喷吹--单管喷吹+分配器。系统改进的主要内容包括:扩大原煤仓和煤粉仓的容积、改进粉仓的结构、确定适宜的煤粉粒度、提高喷吹罐的初始流化效果、提高分配器的分配精度、改进喷枪材质和结构、完善安全监测控制系统、高温引风机和主排烟风机的变频调速等。需要正确处理系统节能、烟煤配比、固气比及均匀喷吹等问题。
Abstract :After long time developing, typical coal injection process now is: Vertical mill for grinding – hot stove waste gas + hot gas generator – big bag filter for fine coal collection – parallel injection vessels – direct injection – main pipe + distributor. Main improvements in coal injection system are: enlarging volume of raw coal silo and fine coal silo, modifying structure of fine coal silo, proper fine coal size, improving original fluidizing and mixing of gas and fine coal in injection vessel, enhancing distributor accuracy, improving lance quality and structure, complete safety monitoring system, and VFD control of booster fan and ID fan. It is emphasized on issues of energy saving, bituminous coal ratio, proper ratio of fine coal to gas, and even injection.
