Abstract:In this paper, in order to simulate the reduction of zinc in the blast furnace and its vapor absorption process on the charge, zinc adsorption experiments of sinter and pellet were did. The results show that: zinc absorption of sinter and pellet increase with the increase of the temperature, decrease with the increase of its particle size; the RDI+3.15 of sinter and pellet decrease with the increase of zinc adsorption, this will affect the index burden permeability of blast furnace; at the present experimental conditions, zinc absorption of sinter and pellet have little effect to its melting and drippy properties.
