Abstract:The characteristics of Pangang sinstering gas was summarized, and the theories, technological process and the existing problems and effect in project application of 3 kinds of desulfurization methods, including organic amine (ionic liquid) circulation absorption, ammonia-ammonium sulfate method and gas/solid suspension circulating fluidized bed were introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of these three methods were analyzed, and it was considered that organic amine circulation absorption was applied to absorb high concentration sulfur dioxide, with high desulfurization degree, byproduct sulfuric acid and no secondary pollution. This method met the requirement of Pangang sinstering gas, and showed the potentiality of wide applications.
