Abstract:The flatness pattern recognition method with the linear, quadratic, cubic and biquadratic flatness Legendre orthogonal polynomials as basic patterns is built on the basis of the traditional linear, quadratic and biquadratic flatness patterns, which makes the recognition result is more self-contained. According to the analysis of the flatness data calculated by theory model and the measured flatness data, it is indicated that the method increases the precision of flatness pattern recognition and details the target of flatness control, which is in favor of increasing the precision of flatness control.
