Abstract：Comparative experiments with or without annealing of 00Cr17Ti hotrolled band were carried out. The effect of annealing of hotrolled band on the formability of 00Cr17Ti coldrolled and annealed sheet was investigated by analyzing microstructure, texture, value and ΔRvalue. The results show that the value of coldrolled and annealed sheet with annealing of hotrolled band is about 0.2 higher than that without annealing, however, the ΔRvalue is increased about 0.7. The differences are attributed to microstructure and texture of the two final sheets. The sheet with annealing of hotrolled band has much larger grain，more homogenous microstructure and much stronger {111} recrystallization texture than that without annealing, which lead to the increase of value, but the more nonuniform intensity distributions along γfiber results in a great increase of ΔRvalue.
