高炉送风系统压力损失的理论解析

Theoretical Analysis on Pressure Loss in Blast System of BF

摘要 以流体动力学为基础,建立了阻力损失计算模型,对送风系统的阻力损失进行理论解析,并讨论了送风系统阻力损失对风口处风速和鼓风动能的影响。对国内5000m3级超大型高炉解析结果表明:①送风系统阻力损失约占热风表压的11%左右;②在风量相同的条件下,考虑送风系统阻力损失的风速和鼓风动能值较不计送风系统阻力损失时要高;③为减少风口损坏,建议该5000m3级超大型高炉风速上限控制在280m/s左右,鼓风动能上限控制在18000 kg(f)•m/s左右。
Abstract :Based on the fluid dynamics, the calculated model of pressure loss was developed for blast system of BF, and the pressure loss of blast system was analyzed theoretically. Furthermore, the effect of pressure loss in blast system on blast velocity and blast momentum in front of tuyere was discussed. According to the performance of 5000m3 superlarge blast furnace, firstly, the pressure loss of blast system is about 11% of the measured pressure at the end of hot blast main. Secondly, under the same air quantity, the blast velocity and blast momentum with considering the pressure loss of blast system are higher than those without the pressure loss of blast system. Finally, in order to reduce the tuyere losses, the upper limit of blast velocity should be controlled below 280m/s, and the upper limit of blast momentum should be suggested bdlow 18000 kg(f)•m/s.
