Study on Making Absorbent From Solid Waste for Low Concentration Sintering Flue Gas

Abstract:According to the results of analysis of refining slag and coal ash , it is possible to use them as absorbent for low concentration sintering flue gas.A new method of preparing such absorbent by microwave heating was tested. Experimental results show that the absorbent has better desulfurization and denification capacity after microwave heating,with maximum desulphurization and denification rate of 53.8% and 53.6% respectively.
