喷吹镁粉和石灰粉铁水脱硫的统计模型研究

摘要 喷吹镁粉和石灰粉对铁水脱硫是目前铁水预处理脱硫的重要方法之一。本文利用某厂大量现场实际生产数据应用冶金学和统计学基本原理进行多元回归分析,得出了几种主要的操作参数(铁水温度、铁水初始硫含量以及脱硫剂喷吹速度和镁粉吨钢耗量)对铁水脱硫率作用的数学模型。同时,应用该方程讨论了喷吹镁粉和CaO粉剂铁水脱硫时各操作工艺参数对脱硫率的影响,提出提高铁水脱硫率的基本措施。
Abstract :It is one of an important method of blowing powder magnesium and lime to treat the hot metal for desulphurizing currently. And in the paper, a mathematics model about desulfurization rate and some mainly operation parameters (hot metal temperature, original sulfur content, injection speed of desulfurizer and unit consumption of powder magnesium) was obtained based on fundamental theory of metallurgy and statistics with the data from a certain plant. At the same time, an effect of those operation parameters on desulfurization rate was discussed, and the method to increase desulfurization rate has been put forward.
