Abstract:In this paper, hot-rolling tests, using scanning electron microscopy, TEM observation and analysis of EBSD technology, microstructure and mechanical properties relationship. Studies have shown that: Micro-organizations GB + AF-based organizations, AF was typical of the organization's long needle-like; to massive changes in the form of quasi-polygonal ferrite-based, interior contains a lot of dislocation, the formation of high dislocation density of dislocations cell, dislocation lines distributed small precipitates with high strength and good impact toughness; wide-angle grain boundary analysis of the region's total grain boundary of 88%, wide-angle grain boundary are mainly distributed in 30 ~ 60 °, on the impact of very beneficial to toughness.
