Abstract:The suitable process parameters with high ratio of limonite were put forward through studying optimization of ore blending, different basicity, silica and MgO content of sinter, different size of limestone. The experiment results show that size of limestone has a great influence on sinter indices. When <1 mm of limestone is reduced, not only productivity is improved, but also TI of sinter is reformed and fuel consumption is reduced.
