Abstract:With the control of charge quality for converter and the improvement of charging and oxygen supply models, the high hit rate of carbon and temperature at converter blowing end point was achieved. A technique inspecting the slag forming during blowing was developed to assure the stability of refining,efficient slag carryover control and the thickness of slag layer in the ladle was decreased from 100 mm to 50 mm approximately. In this way, the dephosphorization rate is up to 93%, and the phosphorous content at endpoint is 0.0088% in average,and the rephosphorization is less than 0.005%,so the average phosphorous content of final product is 0.010%.
