Abstract:Contrary to the problem of BOF when extracting vanadium with multiple blowing technology such as supplying capacity is not enough、lifetime of multiple blowing is short、effect of smelting is poor, the optimization of structure of bottom blowing brick used to ventilating was developed, the system used to supplying gas was devised, the crafts of extracting vanadium with multiple blowing technology was developed as well as the protecting technology of brick used to ventilating was used. These made strength of gas supplying of BOF increased to at least 0.10 Nm3/(min.t).The multiple blowing lifetime was extended, especially reached to 7455 stove. The proportion of multiple blowing reached to 100%. The quality of vanadium slag was improving obviously, such as the contents of TFe in vanadium slag was reduced 2.42% and the grade of V2O5 in vanadium slag was increased 1.65%.
