Abstract:The effect of different annealing processes on microstructure and properties of A6 steel was studied, and two optimal spheroidizing annealing processes were selected. The result shows that compared with the traditional annealing process, the optimal spheroidizing annealing processes effectively improve the spheroidized microstructure and reduce the annealing hardness, and also the annealing plasticity and toughness of A6 steel have exponentially increased. In addition, after the quenched-tempered treatment,the plasticity and toughness of A6 steel are improved greatly.
