Abstract：The action of various inhibitors in grain oriented electrical steel prepared by low slab reheating temperature technique was studied．The results show that inhibitor particles dispersively precipitated during hot rolling and inhibiting intensity was increased from hot rolling，decaburization and reversion process．Most of inhibitors are Cu2S but others are compound inhibitors ,such as (Cu，Mn)S，Cu2S+AlN．AlN particles do not act as inhibitors．
