Abstract:By proper composition and microstructure designing, the test X100 pipeline steels were prepared successfully in lab.The effect of microstructure on mechanical properties was studied with OM, TEM , EBSD analysis, and continuous cooling transformation curves were obtained with Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator. The result indicates, the specimen rolled with final cooling temperature of about 380 ℃ and cooling speed of 20-25 ℃/s consists of lath like bainite, granular bainite and acicular ferrite,and has optimum microstructure and excellent integrated mechanical properties:ReL=775 MPa, Rm=845 MPa,A=16.6%,AKV(-20 ℃)=218 J.
