Abstract:The wall coherent jet oxygen lance on 100 t EAF at Anyang was upgraded.But afterwards the hot metal charging was longer, accident was occurred frequently, consumption was high, thus the process was optimized for hot metal charging system, lance positioning, production schedule, scrap structure, power input,oxygen blowing,slag forming and carbon injection.The satisfactory results were obtained.
