Abstract:According to the temperature, atmosphere and residence time of the pellets at different height in Ansteel 2580m3 BF, we dynamic simulated the changing process of the pellets in BF in laboratory. We found out that the reduction expansion of BF condition are lower than the standard expansion at 900℃; the reduction expansion of Ansteel pellets are in the normal range, but we should attach importance to the reduction expansion of Gong-one pellets, comparing the calefactive reduction expansion test, reduction text at different temperature and standard test result at 900℃. The reduction-swelling properties are similar, when acid pellets of Ansteel BF in the ratio of 20% to 30%. The fluctuation of BF condition is not because of the pellets ratio increasing, after the using ratio enhanced from 25% to 30%. We produce pellets with a certain ratio of Ca or Mg to reduce the reduction expansion and change the reduction-swelling properties, thereby enhance the using ratio of pellets.
