Abstract:The 2500 cubic meter blast furnace has a test about burden trajectory and width, in base of the test and the process of burden movement during the burden distribution can build the model of burden trajectory and width. It reveals that: the model result is primarily agreed to practical situation. This article points out the drawback of equi-area mutiple-ring division, which the widths of rings are decreasing from center of blast furnace to puerperal. This article put forward the new method of mutiple-ring division which is base on the width of burden trajectory including taking account of ideal burden and gas distribution. Also put forward three coordinated principles, they are the coordinated principle between the burden width and burden trajectory width, the coordinated principle between the thickness of burden and burden surface, the coordinated principle between cylinder number of burden and the thickness of burden. This provides the basis for the Efficient and Reasonable operation of blast furnace.
