Abstract:In this paper, fractal theory, based on specimens of steel slag grinding test results of the particle size distribution, fractal dimension of its theoretical basis, and the sample particle characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the fitting curve of the linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.97 on the particle size distribution of slag powder with the characteristics of fractal structure. As the grinding time, particle size distribution of slag powder of fractal dimension is gradually increasing, after a certain period of time, its particle size distribution changes in the fractal dimension tends to slow. A good linear relationship meet between fractal dimension and specific surface area of slag powder,and positive correlation with the cementitious properties of steel slag-based cement material.
