Abstract:The application of dynamic control system with offgas analysis to the 60ton topblown converter at Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is introduced. The main contents include the configuration of hardware system, data collection and communication, standardization of blowing process and dynamic control models.The following results were obtained: the hitting rates of carbon and temperature were 89% and 71% respectively, the simultaneous hitting rate of both C and T was 64% when the end point carbon content and temperature were in the range of 008%0.24% and 15801660 ℃, with an accuracy of controlling C and T were ±0.025% and ±20 ℃ respectively;In order to increase the simultaneous hitting rate of both end point carbon and temperature, it is necessary to improve the management of raw materials, carry out charging according to the charging model, adopt standardized operation and especially apply topbottom combined blowing technique.
