Abstract:The numerical simulation of the high emissive coating effect and comparison of different application parts of the coating in hot blast stove was studied. The best application part was the high temperature part in the BF hot stove. Based on the simulation result, industrial experiment of thermal efficiency diagnosis and energy saving effect of high emissive coating was carried out at two blast stoves. With the coating, the hot blast temperature was increased by 25℃ and waste gas temperature was decreased by 13℃. As a result the thermal efficiency was increased by of 5%.
