Abstract:Slagging is the main task in converter steelmaking, the essence of converter steelmaking is to control the slag, and especially determine the amount of added slag material. According to the characteristics of low [c]、[Si] in the semi-steel making, based on the analysis of existing flux charge model ,combined with the practical experience, cascade model, which is composed of three BP neural network –lime, high-magnesium lime and composite flux , is builded to compute the amount of added slag material. By comparing the off-line of other methods, the superiority of the builded model is testified.
