Abstract:This paper introduces the Application of single neuron adaptive PID controller in non-sinusoidal oscillation system for continuous casting mold. The control performance comparing with the conventional PID controller was given. The simulation results show that single neuron adaptive PID controller can improve the responding rate and control precision of mold oscillation. The Target of mold negative strip time is ensured efficiently. The movement curve of the mold can be same as the defined non-sinosoidal oscillation curve.
