Abstract:Abstract:Start from analyzing and summarizing the internal links between a number of factors in pulverized coal injection technique of dense-phase (hereinafter, referred as PCITDP), TISCO explored and mastered the fundamental principles of PCITDP. On the top of that, it successfully achieved from the production approach, process & equipment, technical operations on the optimization of injection to realize excellent conditions, such as dense-phase injection, high coal-ratio, low cost and long life. TISCO broke through an assertion made by a number of foreign companies that there is a limitation of 50kg/kg solid-gas ratio under relatively high pressure injection. It is also opening up a new pass at a relatively low-pressure condition. The experiences of TISCO have proved that: both a 70kg/kg solid-gas ratio under 300m3 grade blast furnace and 60kg/kg solid-gas ratio under 1000m3 grade are achievable, even in blast furnace with relatively high hot blast pressure of 4000m3, it can also realize a outstanding result by achieving 40kg/kg solid-gas ratio.
