Abstract:Orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, and the amount of blending coal on dezincing rate, metallization rate, concentrate rate, and iron recovery rate. The optimal process parameters are as follows: the calcination temperature is 1350℃, the calcination time is 25 min, and the blending pulverized coal is 6%. Under this condition, the dezincing rate and metallization rate are up to 99.29% and 99.68%, respectively, the concentrate rate is 46.57%, and the iron recovery rate is 95.46%. To pass the optimal scheme roasting and magnetic treatment concentrates XRD analysis found that the main phase is iron and no diffraction peak which contains zinc, this scheme has good effect on the disposal of zinc dust.
