Abstract:On the basis of the study on the theoretical flame temperature at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics and requirements of real-time calculation, the key parameters for calculating the theoretical flame temperature (TFT) were further amended. The value of the TFT under various conditions was solved by using Aitken iterative method. The results show that the effect of coal burnout on the theoretical flame temperature varies by coal types without taking other factors into consideration; the TFT of bituminous coal usually decreases with the increasing of the burnout. The TFT of bituminous coal is significantly lower than the counterpart of anthracite at the same burnout. With increasing the burnout of mixed coal, the TFT is slightly lower. With increasing pulverized coal injection rate, the decrement of TFT of bituminous coal exceeds the counterpart of anthracite. At the same other conditions, with increasing the bituminous coal ratio, the TFT is decreasing. As coal or coke ash content increases, the theoretical flame temperature is decreasing.
