Abstract:Four layers of copper cooling stave were stalled from bosh to stack of No.3 blast furnace TISCO.Due to the high thermal conductivity of copper cooling stave,during blowing recovery after overhaul,some occurrences and accidents had to face,such as slag skin peeling,frequent fluctuations of heat load,even collapse and loss of gas of furnace cooling.According to the problems above mentioned,through stipulating for plan of the missile detection recovery in detailed,blowing air and enriched oxygen according to the target value,and quantificationally controlling the PCI,blast temperature,fuel ratio,hot metal and slag tapping,fast recovery of furnace conditions in 20-24 h can be achieved after above 35 h missile detection.
