Abstract:It is significantly important to research the effects of strip running speed on the structure and properties for improving productivity of iron and steel enterprise. With phase transformation induced plasticity steel TRIP 590 as an example,the annealing experiment was carried out at the speed of 80,100,120 and 140 m/min,and the tensile tester and scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze the influence of different speed effects on the micro structure and properties. The conclusion can be reached that,with the increase of the strip running speed,the ferrite content in the steel reduces,the contents of the martensite and bainite content increase and grain size increase gradually. At the range of 100-120 m/min,the phase ratio,grain size and properties reach the ideal value. Especially at the speed of 120 m/min,the content of residual austenite and the carbon is higher,and the micro structure and properties reach the optimum value. The strength and elongation of the product are obtained at 21 GPa·%,which matches the TRIP effect of improving the strength and plasticity index at the same time.
