基于物理激发的钢渣胶凝活性及机理

摘要钢渣是冶金工业中产生的主要固体废弃物。为了提高其胶凝活性，实现钢渣的资源化利用，以钢渣尾渣作为研究对象，采用机械研磨的方式激发钢渣尾渣的胶凝活性。依据相关标准，测试其3 d的活性指数和28 d的活性指数。结果表明，机械研磨有利于钢渣尾渣微粉的粒径减小与均匀性改善，但是研磨时间过长，会造成钢渣尾渣微粉的团聚，影响钢渣水泥胶凝材料的力学性能与胶凝性。当研磨时间为80 min时，钢渣尾渣微粉能较好地充填于水泥胶砂体系中，其含有的活性物质3CaO·SiO2、2CaO·SiO2水化后生成大量的C-S-H凝胶，其钢渣尾渣胶凝活性最高，即3 d胶凝活性指数为66.24%，28 d胶凝活性指数为73.56%。

Abstract：Steel slag is the major solid waste produced in the metallurgical industry. In order to increase its gelling activity and achieve the utilization of resources，The steel slag tailings cementitious activity was stimulated by mechanical grinding. According to the relevant standards，the activity indexes of 3 d and 28 d were investigated. The results show that mechanical grinding is beneficial to the decrease of particle size and the optimization of uniformity，but once the grinding time is too long，which will lead to the agglomeration of the steel slag powder and affect the mechanical properties and gelation properties of the cementing materials. When the grinding time is 80 min，the powder can be filled in the cement mortar system well，and the active substances 3CaO·SiO2 and 2CaO·SiO2 produced a large amount of C-S-H gel after hydration，resulting in the highest cementitious activity which the 3 d activity index is 66.24%，and the 28 d activity index is 73.56% respectively.
