Abstract:Active semi-coke is a good catalyst and catalyst carrier due to its low price,similar properties to activated carbon,and excellent desulfurization and denitrification capabilities. The active semi coke of the loaded Zinc Oxide was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis which was a water alcohol system with semi coke as a carrier,zinc acetate (ZnAc) and six methylene four amine (HMT) as reactant and polyethylene glycol as a surfactant. The prepared samples were characterized by means of SEM,TEM,FT-IR,BET specific surface area. The effect of different amount of ZnO loading on ZnO semi coke composites was investigated. The SO2 adsorption performance of ZnO/semi coke desulfurizer with different loading was evaluated. The results showed that when amount of ZnO loaded is 0.003 mol,the hydrothermal time is 12 h,and the hydrothermal temperature is 180 ℃,the morphology of ZnO is the best,and the supported effect is the best and when amount of ZnO loaded is 0.001 5 mol,the desulfurization effect is the best.
