Abstract Deep bed sintering is an important and widely used sintering technology, which has advantages of improving sinter ores’ strength、increasing yield、reducing burn-up and so on。ShouGang JingTang steel united Co., Ltd, who has constructed a sinter plant with two 500m2 sinters in remarkable CaoFeiDain, since producing in May, +3mm＞75% in sinter mixture、sinter mixture temperature surpass 65℃、sinter bed thickness is about 780mm、Solid fuel consumption is about 46kg/t, Various types of indicators attain expected indicators.
