| Construction and Application of Water Flow Chart in Coking Process |

Abstract Abstract: Based on the work flow of coking process ,the water flow chart of coking process was built and its valuation index of water-using was confirmed by using the tracking observation principle (The Lagrangian principle) of the material flow analysis theory combined with medium and small cycle theory of system energy conservation. Based on this, the water-using situation of coking process in the iron and steel corporation爓as analyzed. Through investigation and analysis of the data of the coking process in a certain iron and steel enterprises in 2008, the water flow chart and valuation index of water-using of coking process was built , its water-using situation and the deficiencies of water system were analyzed and evaluated. At last, the water-saving effect was compared than before.
