Influences of Coiling Temperature on Microstructure and Precipitation of Cold Rolled Deep Drawing Sheet Produced by CSP Process |

Abstract 通过现场实验,研究了卷取温度对CSP工艺下冷轧低碳钢板组织和析出的影响。实验结果表明:包钢SPCD热轧板的显微组织为均为多边形铁素体和很少的珠光体,随着卷取温度升高,渗碳体析出明显增多,呈白亮条块状的渗碳体沿晶界析出。CSP流程热轧后AlN的析出量不大,但高温卷取时的AlN析出要高于低温卷取的,卷取温度为600℃时,渗碳体级别与AlN的析出均得到很好的控制,同时{111}织构取向分布密度达到最高,从而更有利于提升冷轧深冲带钢的成形性能。
