Abstract The automation system on roller hearth heat treatment furnace for plates is introduced. Redundancy Siemens S7400 PLC system is used for drive control, combustion control, temperature control and automatic tracking of plates. With successful operation of this automation system, the output of roller hearth heat treatment furnace has exceeded design value.
