超低碳IF钢铁素体动态再结晶研究

Abstract The study on deformation of ultralow carbon steel in ferrite region was carried out on Thermecmaster hot simulator and the condition for dynamic recrystallization(DRX) obtained is that the strain rate should be less than 1 s-1 for steel deformed at a temperature of 850 ℃. A dynamic recrystallization model for ferrite was deduced based on experimental results. The predicted values by dynamic recrystallization model are in agreement with test results.
