Abstract The analysis on the edge wrinkling as well as the courses are presented. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis were made with edge thinning data from shape meter stored in Level 2 computer countermeasures are put forward for edgetrimming,rolling,annealing and leveling processes and raw materials management etc.
