Research and Application of Quenching Automation Controlling System of Plate Roller Quenching Machine |

Abstract The quenching automation control system of roller quenching machine with domestic independent intellectual property rights are introduced, which is composed of basic automation subsystem and process automation subsystem. The basic automation subsystem is used for sequence control, logic control and device control. The process automation subsystem is used for calculation and setting of quenching technological parameter model. The results of application show that the control system has high precision and good stability, the plates shape and performance after quenching attain or exceed the technology level of imported roller quenching machine, satisfies product development requirement of domestic plate plants.
