Abstract With the sysyematical test and analysis to the internal crack of slab produced by tian gang，it is opened out that the cause and the forming mechanism of the internal crack of slab. It is due to there is greater defrence between the arc line of cast machine and arc line of strengthen machine. It cause a uneven force to the slab in strengthen process of slab and form the internal crack of slab. the efficient methods that have be taken to decreace the internal crack of slab ingreat degree.
