Abstract SAE9310 steel is a widely used bearing steel with low cost and excellent comprehensive properties. According to AMS6265K, the samples with different C, Ni, Cr, Mo, Mn ,Si ,B ,content were designed,prepared and compared.Then the reasonable control range of each component was fixed for in industrial test.
