CSP生产的钒氮微合金钢的组织细化和析出物研究

Abstract Using VN microalloying technology, strips whose yield strength is 600 MPa grade is produced by compact strip production (CSP) line. Scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to study the microstructure and precipitation in VN steels. The ferrite grain size is about three microns. Tow types of V(C,N) particles with several tens nanometers or several nanometers are found. The main strengthening method is grain refinement, and V(C,N) particles play an important role of precipitation hardening. Base on the experimental results, the main reason for ultrafine microstructure was discussed.
