Abstract Aim at development and study H-beam of bainite in this essay. Study the effect of the alloying elements of different steel to micro-structure and property.The results showed that ultra-low carbon and suitable B and Nb is the key to assure high strength and high toughness of those materials. By researching the low-cost alloying components which suit for H-beam of bainite the material was finded.
