| Research on coil process of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N hot-rolled coil |

Abstract The coil process of duplex stainless steel 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N is simulated .The test results show that the coil temperature can affect the impact toughness of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N remarkably ,its impact toughness declines along with the elevation of coil temperature ,and its best coil temperature range is 550～600℃. The precipitation of CrN、Cr2N、Cr2(C,N)、χ and σ phases is the main reason to decline the impact toughness of simulation specimens .
