Application of addtive property of coke thermal property in coal blending study |

Abstract Recently,along with lacking of high grade coking coals,work of coal blend in coking plant would become more difficultly in order to fulfil manufacturing of blast,which could result in scheme of coal blend change frequently.In the paper,the viewpoint of coke thermal property(CRI/CSR) which coked by single coal possesses additive property was put forward.Based on assumed and amended of thermal property parameters corresponding single coals of altering blending scheme,and combined single coal proportion in scheme of coal blend,the result which calculated values is accordant with experiment data.The viewpoing of coke thermal property which coked by single coal possesses additive property was approved.The viewpoint could provide convenience for designing schemes of coal blending,thereby effectively instructing coal blend manufacturing, and stabilizing or improving quality of coke.
