Abstract Though shadowed and contrasted making steel process of ∮32 HRB400 deformed steel bar,After alloying FeV and VN and FeVN ，Statistics and analyze Control chemical composition of V and Properties of deformed bar and Control costs,Obtain reasonable of making third class deformed steel bar,Icrase competitive strength of deformed steel bar in chengde iron and steel company。
