Recrystallization Behavior of Fe-3%Si Steel During Hot-Rolling Process Based on CSP Technology |

Abstract The dynamic recrystallization behaviors and grain size changes on the Fe-3%Si steel based on CSP technology were investigated during hot deformation under different conditions using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine. The effect of deformation parameters on recrystallization behavior and grain sizes was analyzed. The results show that: in the single-pass rolling, multi-peak phenomenon appears in stress-strain curve, and the critical strain for dynamic recrystallization is only 0.066. In double-pass rolling, discontinuous dynamic recrystallization takes place within each pass. Static recrystallized fraction increases gradually as deformation temperature and interval time in pass increases.
