高炉旋风灰作为喷吹煤粉添加剂的可行性研究

Abstract The cyclone dust of the second stage contains plenty of oxides-containing iron and carbon. Thus, it can be an efficient utilization to inject the cyclone dust back into the furnace as the additive, which can improve the combustion rate of the pulverized coal. The size distribution and chemical compositions of the dedusting ash of Shouqin BF was analyzed, which demonstrated the feasibility of adding cyclone dust as the additive of pulverized coal. Afterwards, the effects of adding different proportions of cyclone dust on the combustion of pulverized coal were determined. The optimum combustion results can be reached when the oxygen enrichment is 3% and the proportion of added cyclone dust is 6%. The experimental results of BF at Shouqin Company shows that the PCI system runs well and the production is stable when the proportion of added cyclone dust is below 3%. Therefore, adding the BF cyclone dust as the additive of pulverized coal is feasible, which will bring good economic and social benefits.
