连续退火机组带钢瓢曲临界张力的研究

Abstract The elastic-plastic model of the strip traveling was constructed dependant on the theory of mechanic. Simulations were performed in two steps. The buckling formation during strip traveling process and the critical tensile for the buckling were investigated systematically. The result shows that the transverse compressive stress is composed of the induced compressive stress by the tensile stress and the crown of the tapered roll and the additional transverse compressive stress due to the friction during the strip motion in the second step. The buckling formation process predicted by the finite element model is very similar to those observed in industrial processing lines. Its width is about 2-4mm. The critical tensile for the strip buckling is increasing with the decrease of the roll crown, the increase of the flat part length of the roll, the decrease of the friction coefficient, the increase of the strip thickness.
