Motion Characteristic Analysis of the Swing Flying Shear Driven by the Crankshaft With Switch On-Off Method |

Abstract The structure of the swing flying shear driven by the crankshaft with switch on-off method was introduced. Its motion characteristics and dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The relationship between the cutting speed and the motor speed was determined by the theoretical calculation, and the cutting edge trajectory figure was drawn. Theoretical calculation and practical test results is consistent, which provides theoretical guidance for debugging and controlling the flying shear. This type of flying shear is recommended for use in high-speed sheet production line.
