RH轻处理工艺缩短周期研究与工业实践

Abstract In order to shorten the period of RH light treatment process of a domestic steel plant， sampling investigation was carried out in current process.Results showed that the apparent decarburization rate constant was hardly affected by the initial conditions， with the value of about 0.19 min-1;The Als/Alt of steel was low and had a big fluctuation at the beginning of pure cycling period， but increased gradually as increasing pure cycling time until to be a stable value. The optimum decarburization time and pure cycling time were suggested based on the present investigation. Industrial trials showed that the period of RH light treatment process could be reduced by 4 mins， furthermore， the cleanness of steel was good.
